Phase 7 Update - March 27th

Property Development:
 
Waterfront Drive - 2 are "Available" including the Sales Office.  1 lot left to develop.          
 
Blue Marlin Court - 2 "Sold" and 1 "Available".  5 remaining completion.
 
Hammerhead Drive (past Beach Cove Drive) - 14 properties "Sold", 12 under construction.  All have foundations and home structures being built.  Concrete driveways and sidewalks are underway.
 
Beach Cove Drive - 15 are "Sold" and 2 "Available".      
 
At this time, 74 of the 96 properties have been sold, 5 homes completed and "Available", 16 homes in various stage of build, 1 property left to develop.  Sales have picked up.   The outlook for completing Phase 7 infrastructure with finished roadways is May-Summer 2024.     
 
Remember .. Hammerhead Drive is an ACTIVE construction zone and CAUTION must be observed when in that area.  If you see any construction trucks driving through SWC to get to Beach Cove and Phase 7 PLEASE contact the ARC or BOD ASAP.  All construction trucks should be entering Phase 7 through their own front entrance.
