Phase 7 Update - July 19th

Property Development:
 
Waterfront Drive - All properties on Waterfront with the exception of the Sales Office and what was the parking lot have been "Sold".  Framework has begun on the house next to the Sales Model.   
 
Blue Marlin Court & Beach Cove Drive - All properties have been "Sold".
 
Hammerhead Drive (past Beach Cove Drive) - 22 properties "Sold".  There are 3 properties in the cul-de-sac "Available".  Remaining property landscaping is underway.     
 
At this time, 91 of the 96 properties have been "Sold".        
 
The Sales Model is Open daily 10:00AM to 6:00PM or by appointment.  Please call first if you plan to visit the Sales Office 302-803-0300. 
 
Note:  This posting string will end once the final topcoat is completed.
