Phase 7 Update - March 2nd

Property Development:
 
Waterfront Drive - The property across from the Sales Office is ready and shows "Available". The property in front of Blue Marlin Court is "Available".  Sale of the Sales Office and development of the Parking Lot are the last to be considered.        
 
Blue Marlin Court - 2 "Sold" and 1  marked "Available", leaving 5 which should become "Available" in the next couple of weeks.
 
Hammerhead Drive (past Beach Cove Drive) - 14 properties have been "Sold", leaving 12 still under construction.  Concrete driveways and sidewalks are underway.
 
Beach Cove Drive - All 17 properties have been completed, 15 are "Sold" and 2 still "Available".      
 
At this time, 72 of the 96 properties have been sold, 4 homes completed and "Available", 17 homes in various stage of build, 1 property left to develop.  Sales have picked up.   The outlook for completing Phase 7 infrastructure with finished roadways is May-Summer 2024.     
 
Remember .. Waterfront Drive, Blue Marlin Court and Hammerhead Drive are still ACTIVE construction zones and CAUTION must be observed when in that area.  If you see any construction trucks driving through SWC to get to Beach Cove and Phase 7 PLEASE contact the ARC or BOD ASAP.  All construction trucks should be entering Phase 7 through their own front entrance.
 
The Sales Model is now Open daily 10:00AM to 6:00PM or by appointment.  Please call first if you plan to visit the Sales Office 302-803-0300
