Phase 7 Update - November 30th

Beach Cove Drive into Phase 7 continues to be blocked off with bales of hay with an access for pedestrians. Note that Beach Cove Phase 7 is still an active construction zone.  Caution must be observed.      
 
There are 15 homes currently in various build stages on Waterfront Drive, including 3 new foundations in the Waterfront cul-de-sac.  17 homes have closed so far.  A mailbox cluster has been added on Hammerhead Drive with a walkway. The Play-Fit area is still planned but the parking lot is not.  Play-Fit is scheduled to be completed in December.  Parking for mail pickup and the Play-Fit area will be along Hammerhead Drive.  Infrastructure grading and landscaping along Hammerhead and Beach Cove in the back section is progressing.          
 
The Sales Model is open with a sales representative onsite.   Hours Sunday - Tuesday 10am-6pm, Wednesday 12pm-6pm and Thursday - Saturday 10am-6pm.  302-803-0300

Architectural Committee Inspection

 
Comparison of the ARC inspection information and first round of database updates has been completed.  Next, a Survey letter will be mailed soon indicating what information we have and what is needed for your property improvements.  You will be asked to supply the supporting information and any Approval Letters by filling out an application and marking it "Information Only" and emailing it to the SWCARC at the address below.  There is no charge for this information update.   The Architectural Application Form can be located on the website under the Members Section or on TownSQ.
 
The Lot # - Address - Plot Map category has been added under the Member's Section where you can check to see if our database has a Plot Map for your property.  It's a simple quick test and will provide the last Plot Map submitted for your property.  This will help those who may have purchased property in SWC and the property documents transfered to you did not include a property map.  If you see an N/A or not available or that you have a better property map than what is shown, you can email it to us as well.
