Stonewater Creek is a development of single family homes with lot sizes 1/4 to 1 acre each, located just north of Long Neck, Delaware and the crossroads of Routes 5 and 24. Our mail is served from the Millsboro, Delaware 19966 post office.
We are a POA with low monthly maintenance, which covers garbage, recycling and snow removal along with community services. Our location on Delmarva is temperate being inland from the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay. Temperatures average between 68 and 90 degrees in the summer and 25 to 45 in winter. Snowfall is generally minimal.
Several builders have contributed to our housing style mix, which gives our community character. At present, we are approximately 100% complete through 6 phases of development at 471 homes. Phase 7, with another 96 homes is under construction, and is currently 65% complete. This section is comprised of cluster style homes with lot sizes of 1/4 acre and should be finished during the summer of 2024.
SWC is a community that enjoys a diverse group of families of all ages. The Men's and Ladies Clubs and special interest groups keep activities running all year long, so there is plenty to do in the community as well as shopping, golf, eating out, fishing, camping, hiking and visiting our fabulous seashores nearby.
